Please include the following information when placing an order:
- Your name, shipping address, telephone number and email address
- Item number
- Name of item as listed underneath the blog site photo
- Qty of each item
- Color choice, where applicable
- Price
E-MAIL CONFIRMATION
I will send you an e-mail confirmation letting you know I have received your order. I will also send total amount due, including shipping and handling and tax* (where applicable). If you do not receive confirmation within 72 hours, please send your message/order again. Occasionally, there are glitches with the e-mail server (don’t we all know it?) and I don’t want to miss your order.
Custom Orders: There are minimum quantity requirements when ordering custom designed work. This minimum number depends on the type of artwork (i.e. magnet art or matted pieces) and takes the place of an "artistic set up fee." Please ask about the minimums when discussing your custom order requests.
Shipping Policy
Orders will be shipped by USPS within 2-3 weeks (unless otherwise discussed). A confirmation message will be sent to you if your order is placed by e-mail. If you need your order sooner, please note the "need by" date when you place your order and I will let you know if I am able to do it. If no special date is arranged for, the 2-3 week policy will be applicable.

First Time Customers: Please send your payment at the time of your order
(please total your item(s) and add the proper amount of shipping and handling --see shipping and handling chart below). Your order will be shipped within the 2-3 week time frame unless confirmation e-mail states otherwise.
Return Policy
If at any time you are not completely satisfied with your Earthshine Giftworks merchandise, just return the item(s) within 10 days and receive a complete refund of the purchase price.
Color Code
Not all designs are available in all colors. Some designs are done in colors of this artist’s palette because of special papers or accents I’ve chosen to use. You can request a different color and I will let you know if the color is available in the design you’ve chosen. Many of the Americana designs can be done in the Navy, Royal or Red. You can choose any one of the colors below for the baby gifts (except off white).
